InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City, an IHG Hotel

I took the 3-bedroom apartment with City view. Excellent location for those travelling in big groups. Property is also located near to the Dubai Festival City Mall, of which the Hotel provided a free Shuttle bus for guests to go back and forth (a big plus for us!) Property also seems quite newly renovated so everything is brand new in terms of furnitures. Staff are very friendly and attentive and they are very quick to response to our requests. The TV channels also have very wide range of channels which cater almost if not all audience. Property is also wheel-chair friendly which is very convenient for us. There is also a Minimart store just below the apartment for your quick grocery shopping. Special shout out to Seif & Myint (reception), Maya and Saiful (housekeeping team responsible to keeing our property clean and refreshed), concierge team as well as the friendly shuttle drivers.

Great hotel with all facilities, excellent daily housekeeping (please tell them thank you), reception staff lovely, staff at restaurant Mezza very helpful. Room was excellent, with a nice view, well equiped and nice little touch for comfort. Superb continental breakfast with daily greetings by the Chef in person.

All the staff were amazing, the location away from the traffic and is near the festival city mall, the breakfast was amazing as well as the dinner, shuttle bus service remarkably efficient. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The mini market offering all daily needs The equipments and facilities in our apartment was all top notch A lot of positives indeed
