Breakfast options were great. Chef prepared great dishes at request. It was pleasure tasting continental & Asian dishes.

The staff were excepional and went over and beyond. A few need to be mentioned: June at Reception was simply amazing. Check-in was seamless and she went over and beyond to ensure that both families were well situated. She also had a friendly smile for us every day. Ahmed at breakfast was very helpful and accomodating and had a warm smile for everyone. He worked hard to ensure that breakfast was well organised and was hospitable despite the fact that we almost always slide in just before breakfast wraps up. Israr at Concierge was so lovely, helpful and funny. He advised on trips and tours and ensured we got off ok as we bid them farewell. Krisma was my room attendant and my apartment was always spotless, replenished plentifully with water, amentities and extra towels. She also always had a warm smile.

Intercontinental is in a beautifully set location at the heart of Dubai just with 10 - 30 minutes drives of all the must see attractions. There is shuttle bus which is regular and takes you to the hotel which is close to the festival city mall that has almost everything you need when compared to Dubai Mall The reception and concierge were very good except for only one staff who never for once put on a smile . A bit disappointing considering he was the only staff but all this were made up by the other staff. I was also appreciative I was accommodated with my early arrival and allowed in at 12noon. The 3 bedroom property was amazingly huge that my kids could ply hide and seek and I often lost my way . The view by the canal also made this really royal . Our property was cleaned everyday to an outstanding grade . we had too much complimentary water. All the staff from the cleaners to front desk were so eager to help , everything requested was delivered promptly The comfort of the beds was premium , the pleasure of having a television in each bedroom was an unexpected premium which I think they IHG need to promote a little more They also have 2 jacuzzi on the 17th floor which I would have loved to use if I had more time but at least the kids enjoyed the pool for a few hours which was great fun. The service by the team at the breakfast was good star. They lavish pampering ensuring you got what you want at all times was really impressive. The Chef was really kind and would happily take our special request

I booked a one bedroom waterfront apartment and the view was superb. The staff wanted to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom city view but i refused as i booked only for the waterfront view. The waterfront room has no balcony. The apartment was clean, the staff were friendly and they were very helpful. The washing machine in the apartment was a plus. Although there is no dryer but it was perfect. The wifi in the room was slow but it was not a big deal. The shuttle bus free service to dubai festival mall was superb. There is no shuttle bus to the airport. If your aim is relaxation, then the waterfront view is the perfect choice.

The room was spacious and it met the intercontinental standard I was looking for, the staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was excellent especially the lady chef on the egg station (I asked for 2 different types of omelet, fried eggs, shakshoka and all were fantastic) The pool was good and the jacuzzi make you relax at the end of the day

The breakfast is amazing. They offer a little bit of every cuisine. Very good! The staff is super friendly! Free wi-fi, free valet parking. Very convenient and useful conveniency store at the property. Confortable room with small kitchen and appliances. Useful too!

Good proximity to the venue of the conference I was attending! Great shuttle service! Optional to have meals at either the Residence Suites or the hotel! The best was the Reception staff, in particular, Charlotte who was pleasant and courteous every time we passed the desk. As this was our first time at the hotel she upgraded our booking. Thank you to all staff at the hotel!
